Q. Is fuel included in the price?
A. No, fuel is not included. You receive the vehicle with a full tank and must return it with the same level.
Q. What documents do I need?
A. You need a valid Driving License and Aadhaar Card (or any government-issued ID). Both must be originals.
Q. Is there a security deposit?
A. Yes. Refundable security deposit: ₹2000 for bikes, ₹3000–5000 for cars. Returned after successful vehicle return.
Q. Can I extend my rental duration?
A. Yes! Call or WhatsApp us and we'll extend your booking based on availability. Extra charges apply pro-rata.
Q. What if the vehicle breaks down?
A. We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Call us immediately and we'll send help or a replacement vehicle.
Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. Absolutely not. We believe in complete transparency. The price quoted is final — no surprises.
